Scope
These terms apply to AutoToast Render in addition to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Your server and API keys
Each Render plan gives you a dedicated server with the resources listed at purchase. You are responsible for every request made with your API keys, for keeping them secret, and for revoking keys that may be exposed. We may rate-limit requests to protect the service.
Content
You must have the rights to all compositions, audio, images, voices, likenesses and other assets you submit. You must not create deceptive deepfakes, content impersonating real people without permission, or any content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. AI-generated content must be labelled where the law or platform rules require it.
Output files
Rendered videos are stored temporarily in private storage and offered as time-limited download links. Output may be deleted automatically after the retention period shown in your account; it is not backed up.
Third-party tools
Render servers run HyperFrames and other open-source software. Your use of any third-party services (for example voice or avatar providers) is governed by their own terms.
