How it works

From sign-up to a site that looks after itself

Here is the full journey we are building. Only the first step is live today; the rest are marked as planned.

  1. Create your account

    Available now

    Sign up with your name, email and a password, confirm your email, and get a workspace of your own.

  2. Choose a plan

    Planned

    Pick shared managed hosting or register interest in a dedicated managed server. Pilot pricing is still being confirmed.

  3. Connect or migrate a site

    Planned

    Add a new WordPress site, or authorise a guided migration of an existing one after a read-only preflight scan.

  4. Verify your domain

    Planned

    We show the exact DNS records to add, check propagation, and issue SSL only after ownership is verified. Mail records are left alone.

  5. Manage every site in one place

    Planned

    Health, backups, security, performance, domains and an activity timeline across your whole portfolio.

  6. Ask Tom

    Planned

    Tom inspects a site, explains what he finds, proposes a change, and waits for your approval before anything happens.

A note on migrations

A public website address on its own is not enough to move a site. The owner has to authorise access to the files and the database, and we never ask anyone to paste a password into a chat.
